The Zeta Omega Youth Leadership and Mentoring Academy is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders through a well-rounded and impactful program. By focusing on these strategic goals and objectives, we aim to create a sustainable and transformative experience for all participants.

Vision Statement

To empower youth to become responsible, educated, and resilient leaders who positively impact their local communities within the greater Cleveland metropolitan area.

To provide mentorship, educational resources, and leadership development opportunities that foster personal growth, academic excellence, and community service among youth.

Strategic Goals and Objectives

Goal 1: Manhood – Values of Distinguished Men

Objective 1.1: Develop a curriculum focused on Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift in areas of responsibility, integrity, and self-respect.
