8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Registration and Check-In

• Teams check in, receive their T-shirts, and confirm game schedules.
• Distribute welcome bags.


9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Opening Ceremony

• The Brothers of Zeta Omega welcome attendees, introduce sponsors, and outline the day’s schedule.
• Main Sponsor / School Executive - Guest speaker announcements.
• Brief rules explanation and referee introductions.


9:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Morning Games (Opening Rounds)

• Round-robin games on multiple courts.
• Volunteers and referees manage scores and game flow.


Concessions: Food concession stands available
Vendors: Hats, Shirts, Key Chains, and Souvenirs

12:30 PM – 4:45 PM: Afternoon Games (Playoffs)

• Quarterfinal and semifinal games.

5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Championship Games

• Final match between the top two teams.
• Keynote sponsors deliver announcements before the final game.


5:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Closing Ceremony

• Award trophies, medals, or prizes to the winning teams.
• Recognize sponsors and volunteers.
• Group photos with all teams and participants.
