​The Youth Leadership and Mentoring Academy (YLMA) is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of leaders by instilling the core principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift. Its mission is to empower young individuals to become responsible, educated, and resilient contributors to their communities.

Through structured mentorship, educational support, and leadership development, YLMA aims to foster personal growth, academic excellence, and a commitment to community service among youth.​
